The short answer is – a lot! Most of our program work is focused on Leadership Communities – groups consisting of leadership teams representing various churches around the country, meeting together over two years to focus on specific, innovative ministry focus areas. One purpose is to create relational networks among leaders. Another purpose is to create communities of peers who are seeking to improve their personal and organizational performance in the focused outcome areas.
Participation in each Leadership Community (LC) is by invitation. Group size is kept small – usually 12-15 churches per group. Groups meet together over a two-year period. With the exception of the Next Generation Pastors LC, churches send teams of 2-5 leaders to participate in an LC.
New groups are constantly forming. Pastors and leadership teams interested in participating can go to our website and click on the appropriate LC group listed and contact the LC director for more details – Link.

Linda Stanley serves as Director of Life Stage Leadership Communities and provides leadership for the Next Generation Pastors Leadership Community groups. The Next Generation Pastors Leadership Community exists to create relational peer networks of senior pastors who share similar ministry challenges and desire connections to other leaders serving in similar ministry situations. Very interesting! Sounds like a larger form of the approach I'm taking, which is to gather leaders within my church and take them through a 7 week leadership bootcamp, using my recent eBook: http://www.agileministry.com/ebooks/handle-with-care/
Thanks for the information!
