Since we've launched this team blog in March 2007, we've had a number of insightful blog posts by our dozen or so directors here at Leadership Network, as we give you an insider look at what we're seeing and learning as we do our best to keep our pulse on what's happening with particularly creative churches in America.
Over at the popular social networking photo website Flickr, they have a daily pick of a handful of featured photos based on a concept called "interestingness." Well, at our quarterly staff meeting this week in Dallas, I took a moment to highlight 4 blog posts here at Leadership Network for their interestingness.

Dave Travis recently wrote about Pastors driving Rolls Royces. While I don't personally know any pastor that drives one, nor have I ever ridden in one, yet, that post generated a web traffic here more than 5 times the norm.

Linda Stanley (director of Leadership Communities for Next Generation Pastors) is one of our most consistent bloggers here. In Shift Happens, she links over to an 8-minute video about changes happening in our world just around the corner. Side note: Linda fascinates me because of how much insider info she has about so many churches, and yet keeps a humble, friendly, and accessible posture.

Margaret Slusher (director of Church Planting Leadership Communities) wrote a very helpful post about mental models. This one inspires us to think outside the box, get out of older thinking that we all can get comfortable and used to. This term gets us to think different, to quote the masterful Steve Jobs over at Apple.

And, Warren Bird (our most Warrenesque director of knowledge and intel') posted about the library and the Internet, illustrating the genius of the both/and. Always encouraging to see those who've gained years of wisdom also being nimble enough to stay active in learning and not afraid to venture into cyberspace.
