Multi-site Kids and the Leadership Pipeline

If we had cataloged all the calls, conversations, emails and blog posts raising questions about multi-site, I am certain two that would rise to the top are:

1.  What do we do with kids?  How does that work in a multi-site environment?
2. What about leadership development?  How do we secure leaders rapidly enough to meet the needs that the growth catalyzed by our multi-side model demands?

Both great questions and one of the greatest places to get some answers is from Tammy Melchien.  Tammy is the director of Kid's City, Community Christian Church's  children's ministry - now happening on eight campuses.  In this post on her blog, Multi-site Kids, Tammy describes and links you to resources that can help you implement a kid's ministry leadership development pipeline in your church.

What do you do to develop leaders for kid's ministry?
