Dear friends,
I love taking a risk now and again, and launching new ventures, so I'm excited to let you know about something I've poured my heart into that's officially getting started today.
With my love for the church, the years invested in local church ministry, my professional experience as a record producer and with my heart for mentoring and coaching, my partners, Monty Kelso and Jeff Brazil, and I have launched Slingshot Group.
We will partner with churches in finding worship leaders and other staff positions relating to the arts, technology, marketing and branding. The great network of friends I have from experiences with Maranatha Music, Promise Keepers, the Saddleback conferences, Willow Creek Association and others have given me the confidence to develop and launch Slingshot Group. I will still continue my part-time role as worship pastor at Mariners church here in Irvine, CA.

Linda Stanley serves as Director of Life Stage Leadership Communities and provides leadership for the Next Generation Pastors Leadership Community groups. The Next Generation Pastors Leadership Community exists to create relational peer networks of senior pastors who share similar ministry challenges and desire connections to other leaders serving in similar ministry situations.
