First off, let me say that posting this article is in no way a political statement or an endorsement.
As I watched news reports on the return of the two journalists from North Korea to the United States and listened to the story unfold (with more details to come), I couldn’t help but think of what a critical role networking played in this situation. Reading the Washington Post article below, note the collaboration of U.S. government, both current and past officials at the highest levels, U.S.business and business leaders and the North Korean government. Regardless of one’s political views and opinions, one can’t help but be impressed by the success of this mission in the release of the two journalists.
The power of networks – never underestimate its value and never miss an opportunity to broaden your own networks. You never know how God will choose to tap into yours.
