If you haven't read it, "Getting Things Done" by David Allen does a great job fully unpacking a lot of the above information. I always tell people that his book changed my life more than any other book except the Bible!

Actually, my presentation was compiled from a combination of resources, including Getting Things Done, Total Workday Control, and a Skillpath seminar. Of those three resources, Total Workday Control is my favorite because of the practical use of Outlook. And Getting Things Done is best for general theory of organization. Both good books.
