This past Wednesday, Dr. Warren Bird and I hosted a webinar to discuss churches with lean staff – how some churches are operating by spending 35% or less on staff costs. It was very informative, and we highlighted three case studies of churches (all sizes) that are doing just that. If you missed it, you can download the recording and slide presentation.
